Would this decrease the probability of publishing the papers negatively? That is, holding all else constant, would the editor refrain himself from publishing both papers and rather try to pick on of the submitted papers?
I am not interested in whether it is a good idea to publish in the same journal. I am more interested in the probability of publication.
What is the consensus on this on EJMR?
